Villa Spila is a stand-alone house situated on the slopes of the picturesque village of Selca on Brač, with views of the village on one side and views on the sea and the mountains on the other. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2004. This charming house can accommodate up to 8 travelers comfortably. In front of the house there is a spacious terrace (70m2) with a outdoor fireplace, and a big olive tree garden (500m2). On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom (with a bath tub), and 1 en suite bathroom (with shower unit). 5 parking spaces are also available. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the house has been equipped with all amenities you may need for a perfect vacation.
