After a life abroad the family decided to return to Croatia. We gathered all our art and memorabilia and chose Supetar for our fortress of dalmatian solitude. Why Supetar? Because we can reach it from Split without a car- we just board a ferry and walk 10 minutes to the house. Also, Supetar is a heaven; beaches, restaurants, bars, clubs, everything is within walking distance and yet all the peace and quiet you may want. The house - Paloc, meaning palace in the local dialect is a house of historic value and with a story to tell. THIS IS NOT YOUR USUAL VACATION RENTAL. In the sea of same, Ikea furnished rentals, we offer something else - a house filled with antiques from the 19th and 20th century, art, and various family memorabilia! This house has some special features and stories you will found out for yourself ;)
On the ground floor there is a courtyard, a living room, and a dining room with an equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite full bathroom, TWO balconies and a foyer. Free wifi, A/C, washing maschine, dryer, coffee maschine, stovetop, oven, tv, outdoor grill and numerous other amenities!

All the house guest will be asked to present a valid document for the purposes of identification for the Ministry of Tourism.
We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you. Normal wear and tear are excluded.
No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occur for any blockage.
Please try to keep the noise down during the quiet hours (22:00-8:00).
Environmental Policy
This is eco-friendly household.We are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by:
Turning off A/C and lights when you exit the property
Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use;
Avoiding the unnecessary use of towels – just use what you need!;
We will sort the recyclable rubbish collected from guest rooms i.e. paper, plastic, metal and glass;

The house is located in the town of Supetar on the island of Brač. If you are coming with a car; there is a ferry from Split directly to Supetar. There is also a ferry from Makarska to Sumartin and then you have a 40 minutes/ 40 km drive to reach the house. If you are coming "on foot" you can even board one of the numerous catamarans from Split and then catch a bus to Supetar!
No the parking spot is not included. There are paid parking spots around the city, there is even one near the house. The only thing is, the parking spot owner (of that parking spot near the house )does not have a phone or a mobile phone , so we do not advertise it. What can we say , the island life is chill :)
We will gladly organize a transfer or a tour for our guests .This way , our guests get the benefit of our local knowledge and contacts, and we get our peace of mind about he experience our guests are having.
